Rowan VarrallDTI Director of Regulatory Affairs, Etrading Software (UK)

Rowan Varrall supports the DTIF’s regulatory engagement and public policy objectives, advancing adoption across crypto and digital asset markets. He serves as Secretariat to the Product Advisory Committee, the core governance body providing stewardship and oversight of DTI implementation. Rowan previously held roles at ICMA, UBS, and Macquarie Group, contributing toward debt capital market standards and OTC derivatives regulatory reporting.

Denis DounaevDTI Product Owner, Etrading Software (UK)

Denis oversees the implementation of the DTI standard and DTI Foundation’s operational and strategic goals. Prior to his work on the DTI, Denis has headed the introduction of technology solutions for MiFID II regulation and implemented AML & market abuse monitoring. He has a background in leading support and development teams in Markets Technology, including in algorithmic trading and data analytics.

Jordan Smallin DTI Product Sales Specialist , Etrading Software (UK)

Jordan oversees market engagement and drives adoption of the DTI, communicating the challenges it addresses and translating complex features into clear business value. Prior to joining DTIF, Jordan was a Business Analyst at Aberdeen and brings deep expertise in digital assets, private markets and governance. He helps shape commercial offerings by providing market insights to the product team, ensuring solutions are relevant and impactful.

Initially purported to circumnavigate ‘The Banks’, the cryptocurrency/digital asset space continues to become further intertwined with Traditional Finance. Communicating the value proposition of leveraging the DTI from the perspective of both industries is key to driving overall adoption.

Mc Claren Dice Silverio DTI Project Manager, Etrading Software (USA)

Dice oversees the execution of key projects aligned with DTIF’s operational and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining DTIF, he spent seven years as a Senior Business Consultant at Finastra, where he specialized in delivering technology-driven financial solutions. With a strong background in project implementation, Mc Claren has extensive experience in managing and executing complex financial technology projects, ensuring seamless integration and regulatory compliance.
